Jo Dunkley has won the Tomassoni and Chisesi Prize of the Schola Physica Romona

On behalf of the 2020 Tomassoni Selection Committee, it is a pleasure to inform you that you have been awarded the medal of the “Schola Physica Romana” and the prize entitled to “Caterina Tomassoni e Felice Pietro Chisesi” with the following reasons: 

“For the development of innovative analysis methods for Cosmic Microwave Background anisotropy and polarization data, efficiently constraining both cosmology and fundamental physics, and producing a unifying view of the Physical Universe”.

The prize is issued to scientists that gave major contributions to the advancement of the Physical Science. It consists of Euro 40.000, of an allowance for travel expenses to Roma (Italy), and of a certificate citing the outstanding contributions in physics made by the recipient.
