The Physics loading dock is located on the A-level of Jadwin Hall.  Questions regarding UPS, Federal Express, shipments of books, large articles and equipment can be answered here.

Incoming packages will be processed and an email notification will be sent out upon delivery.  Deliveries can be picked up and signed out using the laptop in room A21.  

Outgoing packages/RMAs will need the following information:

• Address and contact information
• Chartstring
• Delivery speed - ground, 2-day, next day, etc. 
• RMA# (if applicable)
• Lines A-L completed on the International Shipping form (if applicable)
