FED-EX - Effective immediately, Fed-Ex will not require you to physically sign for most deliveries made in the U.S. Visit their COVID-19 customer site for more details and to learn more about how FedEx is responding as this situation evolves.
W.B. MASON - In alignment with the University’s objective to protect the health and well-being of all members of the community by observing social distancing and limiting in-person interactions, effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020 W.B. Mason will temporarily suspend same-day deliveries, and will make next-day deliveries only. If an urgent same-day delivery is required, please contact the University’s W.B. Mason representative, Donna Serafine.
VWR - Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, VWR has experienced significant cost increases on a number of COVID-Impacted Products due to manufacturer price increases from previously agreed prices, and increased taxes, customs and freight charges. As a result, some back ordered COVID-19-Impacted Products may be unable to be fulfilled at the previously confirmed price. If your order is impacted, you will have two options:
- Take No Action: The items will be repriced to reflect the cost increases being incurred and an updated Purchase Order Acknowledgement will be sent to you.
- Modify Order: To make changes to your order as a result of the pricing modification, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
