Dark  matter  and  dark  energy are  the  most  abundant  yet  mysterious  substances  in  the  Universe. Axions  and  axion-like  particles (ALP) have emerged as theoretically well-motivated dark-matter candidates. Ultrahigh sensitivity magnetometers play important roles in dark matter searches.
